wanted to get it removedI requested a refund and was told it was being processed at that moment on Monday, Sept 12, and was again asked to remove the negative reviewOn Tues, Sept 13th I replied that all I wanted was the refund so I could order from somewhere elseI was again told she would process the refund that very momentI did receive the credit back to my account on Sept 14thThank you for attempting to contact the business for me, your services are much appreciated

moment on Monday, Sept 12, and was again asked to remove the negative review. On Tues, Sept 13th I replied that all I wanted was the refund so I could order from somewhere else. I was again told she would process the refund that very moment. I did receive the credit back to my account on Sept 14th. Thank you for attempting to contact the business for me, your services are much appreciated.

Review: I had placed my order (#[redacted]) on 8/31/15, they had charged my account for the 116 dollars but I have yet to receive anything for shipping. It has now been two week, of calling them, emails, using social media...anything I can think of to get in contact with them. At this point I do not want the products from them as I have gotten them else where I am just wanting a full refund for everything I never received. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the products I have no received and do not wish to receive anymore.

Review: I ordered 3 tanning products from this company on April 28. After 3 days of it still saying awaiting shipment I sent them an email. It went unanswered. Sent 2 more that also went unanswered. When you call there number it is just a recording. They did however charge my card. So now I am worried that this is not an actual business but a scam. And if so there website should be taken down.Desired Settlement: I would like my order canceled and a refund of my money.

I made a complaint against tanaholics.com. Since then I have received my order. So I am no longer looking for a refund.

Review: I ordered two bottles of tanning lotion on 9-4-15 total amount of 62.80 order #s [redacted] for 26.90 and order # [redacted] 35.90. I still have not received the lotions. I have made several phone calls to the company and always received their voice mail. No one will return my call or respond to my emails. I have requested a full refund and have not received that eitherDesired Settlement: I just want the 62.80 that was taking off my master card put back into my checking account
