At that time she provided her full credit card number, including her CVV from the back of her card.  The billing information (address, phone and email) all match what appears on her Revdex.com complaint. Her identity was confirmed through a third...

party authentication process. The IP address that the order was made is from [redacted].When [redacted] called to cancel on 1/4/18, we cancelled her membership and  as a courtesy, refunded her last charge. Now she is requesting an additional $150.00.Although [redacted] did sign up and is not entitled to a refund, we will refund the $150.00 as a courtesy. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to process.

As Ms. [redacted] stated, she called on 12/15/2017.  The last charge on her account was made on 11/6/2018.   We do not show any additional charges after that date.  On 2/9/18 she was told that the last charge on her account was 11/6/2018.  We have not charged her again and...

therefore there is no addition charge to refund.Ms. [redacted] is complaining about a fee she was never charged, so we cannot refund it. And because Ms. [redacted] is complaining about an event that did not occur, we respectfully request that this complaint is removed as invalid.
