Finding Zach proved to be the solution to a problem that had been affecting our house for 30 years. Every year we would get so much water in our cellar that the sump pump would be going almost constantly. Zach had the solutions. Once everything was cleared out of the cellar, he was able to power wash the floor, seal all the cracks, and provide new footings for the posts and replaced some of the joists. Since then (summer, 2019), we have been high and dry. He was very professional, kept us informed along the way, completed the job on time, and under bid. He was clean and neat and showed up on time.

Zach and his team did a great job repairing serious dry rot in the foundation of my house. It wasn't a small project - they had to jack up the house half an inch and sister a bunch of floor joists from within the crawl space. Nevertheless, they completed the work on a tight timeline for the agreed-upon budget. This wasn't the cheapest quote I found, but I felt comfortable with Zach's professionalism and didn't want to risk a cheaper team taking shortcuts with this work.

Zach did an outstanding job on our home's kitchen, flooring, and every other little detail we came up with along the way! He was very clear and available the entire time, and we can't wait to start our next project with him soon!
