I was referred to you on 9/19/regarding our visit to the [redacted] Cajun Blues Festival on 6/25/16, which was held in Lodi, Ca After viewing the photo stream provided on line, I felt this appeared to be a safe event for senior citizens and elderly relativesMany photos showed people under shade tents, leading to the belief shade would be availableI arranged this outing based on those provided photos On Saturday 6/25/upon arrival to the festival we paid $per person for entry(Total $for entries) we walked along a dirt path to the entertainment stage area to find no shade for festival patronsThere were tents errected, one tent covered a large dance floor, another covered the musicians stage and the third had many folding chairs set up under itIt was roped off and guardedIt appeared to be for security, as occasionally security officers would set a spellSeveral people approached the ground only to be turned awayThat tent remained 90-95%
