THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANYI rented a town home from this company and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while rentingMy significant other and I are members of the medical community in Nashville and are very aware of how customer service is supposed to beFrom the moment we moved into the place, we were met with broken appliances (light fixtures, air conditioner, sinks, doors, water heater, and dish washer) and when we tried to contact Tandem, we were always met with pushbackWhen they finally decided to respond to maintenance requests, they sent the worst companies to make repairs that required multiple trips back to our place due to inept workersThey scammed us out of our security deposit and are making us pay for repairs they never got around to fixingWe had to paint the bathrooms upstairs because the original paint they used was streakedThey failed to provide us a pool key which was part of our rental agreementAWFUL COMPANY

Tandem has bee great so far in managing my property and locating great tenantsThey are very flexible with any issues that arise and did a great job with upgrades we felt would benefit the tenantsNo worries at all Their policies were very clear, unlike other companies I reviewed in Nashville metroThey also provide wonderfully detailed book-keeping with any additional information on request, and always keep me well informed

My family and I were with tandem for 7years and it was a pleasure they were very timely with repairs and they worked with use if we were going to be a little with our rent due to the way we got paid and Mrs cathey Brooks was a jewel and we just loved her Lanier was a nice person as well we will miss these ladies as well renting from this company wasn't so bad we had a roof over our head for 7years and as we are getting ready to depart from this company we wish you all the best that life holds.mrs Cathryn we will miss you!!

I have had a business relationship as an owner starting in 2010. Mark, Cathy and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have ask for things I hoped were not unreasonable and they have always found a way to help me. One tenant has been with us 5 yrs. If you are not difficult and demanding but using your southern manners the staff will ALWAYS respond in kind.

Tandem have made a lot of changes and when we were told that we had to move we went online found one of there homes because they said that they would work with us to rent lies they told and the denied us in the same day we did the application not the next day but the same day but God is good we found another home a little far out but we are good all I'm saying is they will reap what the sow!!!
