Hi, I do remember talking to this customerIt was order and they called in to complain about the food not the same day but after few daysI did check on this with my chef as well as the server who dealt with this customer.I remember, I told them that we will give you credit on your next order and they agreed.Let me know what next I have to do.Thanks

I think this unsatisfied customer is being not reasonableOur response was very reasonable and I am still confused what this customer wantsAt this time, I will not issue any credit or refundI would like to review the ticket of sale sent to us and then we will respond with in couple of days after we get the receipt.Thanks
