on my personal cell phone. Throughout the three days of this sector outage, we sent at least 2 text messages per day to all our customers with updates on our progress. It is routine that we obtain cell phone numbers from all customers for this very reason. In speaking with Mrs. [redacted] after hearing of this complaint, I learned that she had not provided us with her cell number when requested. Naturally she did not receive the updates we so diligently provided every other customer in our network. It seems that this lady, with what I will assume to be good intentions, jumped the gun in contacting you and smearing us on social media. Instead, she would have gotten immediate information if she had called our office or called my personal cell phone as I asked her to do several months ago.
