We had them in to do some stone landscaping including stone steps to our concrete front porch They back filled dirt up to the vent to the cold cellar under the front porch When snow melted, it all ran into our Jeff [redacted] said he will take care of it in the Spring Jeff [redacted] came out said they should have done it differently and he had the same issue at his own house No response from them for the next months after repeatedly phoning them and leaving messages months later he sends out a concrete contractor who comes up with a plan to drill new air vents into the cold cellar No word for more monthsAfter waiting over years I contacted the concrete contractor who said Jeff told him he's not paying Finally got Jeff on the phone and he claims its not his fault the vent was where it was He refused to fix a problem that never existed until his company did the work [redacted] I would never [redacted] recommend anyone [redacted]
