Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The complaint is based on the lack of action from the business It took over three weeks before the business even submitted a preauthorization request - up to that point, their representatives were telling me that they were not going to do the work, and they even sent me a vague letter (attached) suggesting that the contract was expired and I had no option for repairsIt was only after I received that letter that I contacted my insurance company and they convinced Tanglewood to proceed with getting authorization Once Tanglewood actually submitted the authorization request, it was approved in only days My issue has never been because of any delays caused by the insurance company, but by deliberate delays and lack of action on the part of Tanglewood personnel.It is not a case of "the client doesn't listen" but that Tanglewood refuses to actually take the actions necessary to meet their obligations, and have actively tried to avoid any attempts to do so Regards, [redacted] ***

Well if you guys knew how authorizations and insurance worked and if the patient understood as well then this would not be an issue Furthermore, the process no matter the patient usually takes anywhere from to wks and that was communicated to the patient, but she doesn't like to listen
I would love to disclose more information with you but I am not allowed as it would be a HIPAA violation

yeah we messed up the billing but it has already been fixed in our system so can't do much else now
