On Saturday, March 1, 2014, the customers came to Harrisonburg Hyundai and
stated they were looking for used Hyundai Elantra
After speaking with them, Mr
*** also informed the customers that Hyundai had some incentives on new
ElantraThe customers then asked how much they could get off the price***
replied up to $3,off and that included all incentives as wellWe had over
new Hyundai Elantra with different packages in stock and different incentives
apply to different packagesThe customer stated they had a prior appointment and
said they would be in touch The customers visit to the dealership lasted
approximately minutes and no specific Elantra was spoken about and no figures
were discussed
On Monday, March 3, 2014, *** stated the customers were interested in coming in
to purchase an ElantraWhen the customers came ta the dealership, they
immediately chose an Elantra which they were interested in and proceeded on a
test driveUpon returning, the customers stated they wanted to go over the figures
After presenting figures on an Elantra GLS pack 1, the customer asked about
$3,off and that they wanted more than that amount in order to purchase the car
We told them that the car they were interested in did not have the same incentives
as the gold Elantra Limited which had a $3,off tag in the window for only that
vehicleWe apologized for the confusion and told them we would try to get as
close as we could on the other vehicle to help them outAfter getting the price
down to $17,plus taxes, tags and fees, the husband walked out of our
showroomWe spoke to the wife as she was walking out and she stated she
understood and she would speak with her husband
