I placed an order (Order# ***) on this business online website. I received my package and the article of clothing I purchased needs to be exchanged for a larger size. Due to purchasing this item during the holiday season and getting it for a discounted price I would like to make sure it is eligible for exchange before returning it. I have contacted this business through the customer service email they have provided and have yet to be contacted by anyone. I just would like to know if the item I purchased would be eligible for exchange BEFORE I ship it back to the address states all returns should be sent to. Thank you.
