Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] terms and conditions: creators owe their backers a high standard of effort, honest communication - Repeated attempts of contact were made since July to which no replies were received- The vendor had known, since July but did not attempt to communicate production delays until much later, around Dec 2014, which made chargebacks and refunds difficult due to expirythey post an update that explains what work has been done, how funds were used, and what prevents them from finishing the project as planned; - To date, there has been nothing to show about production, just computer generated graphics on packaging, which itself is erroneous and misleadingAs I understand from TangoTech, they do not have firm vendors/contracts at this time to product the item to which they have sought funding forThe vendor has not been able to provide details on whether and how the funds were used appropriately at this time they work diligently and in good faith to bring the project to the best possible conclusion in a timeframe that’s communicated to backers; - No such timeframe has been communicated nor adhered to, the components that are proposed are now out of date, and it is my concern that they may become EOL before the product is even producedthey’re able to demonstrate that they’ve used funds appropriately and made every reasonable effort to complete the project as promised; - The vendor has not been able to provide details on whether and how the funds were used appropriately at this time they’ve been honest, and have made no material misrepresentations in their communication to backers; - The vendor has not been honest in his communicationSome backers were refunded and others were notthey offer to return any remaining funds to backers who have not received their reward (in proportion to the amounts pledged), or else explain how those funds will be used to complete the project in some alternate formthey’ve been honest, and have made no material misrepresentations in their communication to backers; - The source of contention, which the business owner of TangoTech does not seem to understand, is that an agreement was reached with Mr [redacted] ***, CEO and founder of TangoTech on the 15th of June I had reminded Mr [redacted] ***, CEO and Founder of TangoTech, of his obligations and my concerns towards the lengthy delays with this project via long distance telephone conversation An agreement was reached on the 15th of June 2015, whereby if no satisfactory solutions were provided after weeks, that he, and TangoTech would very willingly and be very forthcoming about refunding my contributions towards his project Refunds had been given to others prior, under, as TangoTech puts it,"exceptional cases." On 30th June 2015, further communication was initiated, to which TangoTech and Mr [redacted] ***, proceeded to ignore his prior agreement, ignoring all emails and communication attempts in order to evade the refund as agreedThis is extremely dishonest and unethical I am bringing this to light with the Revdex.com such that such that the general public can be alerted to, what appears to be, dishonest and unethical business practices [redacted] ***

Dear sir or Madam: The complaint in question is in regards to a crowd funding campaign and not a market place transaction in our opinion.The Complainant had contributed to our crowd funding campaign which was for completing the development and bringing to market the product that we displayed on the www[redacted] .com crowd funding platform Therefore there was no offer of saleAll we received were contributionsWe did offer rewards to the contributors upon completion of our commercialization and we are delayed in our effort for which we have updated the community (about a week ago)However, we had also mentioned on our campaign page that this is a startup venture and we do face risks in completion of project, even though we had made efforts to minimize themAdditionally, the complainant has entered into a transaction through www[redacted] .com under the terms and conditions of their website In light of the above, we seek this case be closed by Revdex.comOn another note, we are a startup company working hard to commercialize a new technology product which otherwise would take 10’s of millions of dollars if it were attempted by any other established companyIn that sense, we represent the true spirit of American innovation, one which involves working against all odds and bring new realities for the worldPlease let me know if you have questions or commentsSincerely, For Tango Tech, Inc W Bernardo Ct, Ste #San Diego, CA

It is clear from the response of the complainant that this was not a marketplace sale transaction Notwithstanding the above, we reserve our views on the allegations madeMoreover, the complainant while sitting in Singapore has made over harrasment calls to a mobile number of the CEO of this company which is on a DO-NOT-CALL Listwe intend to open an investigation and at the rate of $11,fine per call, we intend to collect damages from himWe have the full log and the voicemailsMany of the calls were made in the middle of the nightIt is point-less to go back and forth for ever with allegations and counter-allegationsWe seek that Revdex.com scrutinize the facts in this case before going furtherWith regards, For Tango Tech, Inc
