Review: We placed an order for some tiles and laminates with the owner of Tangowood and 6D Cabinets & Floor, [redacted], on 11/11/15. The tiles were supposed to be delivered first but we had major customer service issue with [redacted] and did not really deliver the tiles as promised. We had to come pick almost all tiles up. [redacted] was so hard to reach as he did not answer phones nor texts. Since we've experienced such customer service & frustration, we decided to ask him to cancel the laminate order which isn't here yet. [redacted] said that he will refund us our deposit of $1705 for the laminates. We have since made multiple attempts to contact him by phones/texts and even stopped by his store to no prevail. He does not give us a definite date of when will he return us the deposit nor delivering the laminates. It's been more than 2 months and we do need the laminates to complete our projects and this man is hanging on to our money and delaying our projects. We went to [redacted] and to our surprise, he has a lot of review about being a con artist and scams so much money out of people. We are seeking help from Revdex.com to get our deposit of $1705 back before going to small claim court.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to refund $1705 to us.

Review: The contractor [redacted] is a very dishonest person. He first told us that the tile needed to be ordered and it would take up to 4-6 weeks. Then he told us the tile is in and ready to be installed within a week. But then he called us back every week saying that it was not ready yet. He did this for about a month and half. We wish we never gave him the deposit for the remodeling on kitchen to begin with. We would have stopped dealing with him but we gave him a deposit. Then he said that the sink could not be in the corner like we originally agreed. After another argument, he finally agreed. After the floor was placed he told us that the stove could not be placed in the middle of the kitchen where we originally planned. Then the next day his workers were able to place it in the middle like we wanted. After we thought the worst part of dealing with him was over, he surprised us again. He called us and told us to choose another granite piece that will match our kitchen better. We refused. Then he called us an hour later and said the granite piece that we choose was cracked. That's when we got tired and had enough of him. When I called him to ask when I could see another granite piece he told me he is in a meeting and he shut the phone on me. He also said the demolition of the kitchen would take 3 days but it took about 2 weeks. He also did not tell us that his workers do not work weekends so the work took much longer than expected. [redacted] is a dishonest contractor.Desired Settlement: I really don't know how he can refund us back the emotional drama and damage he has caused us. He was such a tricky person to deal with.

Review: I have purchased some tiles for my home flooring. I would told that the tile was made of Porcecline, but I found out from the box when we picked up to home, it was made of ceramic. I called back to complaint, the sale person, or the owner of the company, [redacted] told me" Porceline and ceramic are the same". What??? I know better they 're not the same. I requested to have the tile refund back. I claimed it is during the Holiday of Thanksgiving, they're not opened. So we called him on Monday, 12/1/14, he said the manager of the manufacturer is not there. If the product is not what was told, do I need to wait for the manufacture's return his call? I would like to get my money back since it is still sitting in my garage right now. Please help. He also would not return my call, very difficult to deal with after he cashed out my checks.Desired Settlement: I need to have a refund of the tile.

Review: Ordered Tile and a custom vanity top for bathroom remodel. On scheduled delivery date, two weeks later, wrong tile was ordered by the owner and custom vanity top was not on the delivery truck. Called only to find out it was going to be delivered the following day with the correct tile. I ordered some spare tile needed also and paid for it COD. Next day no top and missing tile again. Called but owner has caller ID so they don't pick up phone if they recognize your number. Went down to the shop and surprised them and collected two pieces of missing tile order. They drove the missing case of tile to my house hours later. Vanity top still has not been delivered so I told the owner to deliver the top or refund my $450 for the vanity top. Owner said to come by at a scheduled time so I did. No Check and no owner. Left him another message to say this would be the last time and gave him until 10am the next day or I would file a complaint with Revdex.com and take him to small claims to collect my refund. Next day no refund check left for me and no top.Desired Settlement: Refund of $450 for the item I did not receive.
