Customer received the Check on Sat! He has already cashed it! He has already gotten his moneyHe was informed the core process takes 1-weeks and we let him know when it was mailed

We offered to pay for the shipping to the customer. We have emailed him, called and left voicemail for him. Letting him know we would cover the shipping. We will honor the warranty and repair the item. He just needs to send the item in and we will take care of the rest of it. He is refusing to speak...
