I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Tank tech did accept the check from my *** Fuels but my company and not until we contacted Revdex.com and threaten legal action did they send the check. Refund paid so lets hope it clears.Very poor business practices

The claims made against Tank Tech, Inc. in complaint #[redacted] are false.Tank Tech, Inc. entered into an agreement with [redacted] Fuels to perform services at [redacted] on 4-19-17.On 5-9-17 We received a request from Mr. [redacted] of [redacted] Investment Properties...

who statedthat he was the owner of the [redacted], for a change in the originally contracted scope of the work.Upon discovering that the additional scope of work requested would increase the project cost morethan they had originally budgeted Mr. [redacted] stated that they did not want to proceed.On 5-10-17, we received a request from Mr. [redacted] for a refund of the deposit payment of$14,016.00.Neither Mr. [redacted] nor Mr. [redacted] were listed as customers on our original contract documents so therequest for the deposit refund was required to come from [redacted] Fuels. Upon contacting [redacted] Fuelswe discovered that Mr. [redacted] & Mr. [redacted] were business partners and while they were not technicallyour clients on paper were the individuals who paid the deposit. [redacted] Fuels stated that they neededto follow up with the two gentlemen concerning the refund whereas they were [redacted]’s Clients andnot Tank Tech’s.On 5-31-17, Tank Tech received a request from [redacted] Fuels to Process the refund, we replied that therefund was processed. Normally refunds are processed within 14 business days, however they can takeup to 30 business days to process.We informed [redacted] Fuels as well as Mr. [redacted] that the refund was processed. At no time did TankTech, Inc. ever refuse to process the refund nor engage in any unscrupulous or unprofessional conduct.On 6-17-17, Tank Tech received an email from Mr. [redacted] alleging that we had refused to process hisrefund and that he would be contacting various agencies in an effort to inform them of our “scam”. TankTech immediately replied to Mr. [redacted] and assured him that his refund had been processed and shouldarrive within the next few business days and that Tank Tech was a reputable company and not a scam.We also contacted [redacted] Fuels (Tank Tech’s actual client) the same day with a statement to the sameeffect.The refund check for the full deposit amount of $14,016.00 has been sent via U.S. Mail to [redacted]Investment Properties.Mr. [redacted]’s complaint is not accurate and represent a undue escalation of a matter that had alreadybeen resolved with all parties.
