Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They did not offer any sort of resolutionThey confirmed in writing that there were two separate orders, which is exactly what I said in my original complaintThe complaint was that a) the second order duplicated the contents of the first in addition to the item that was being ordered, resulting in a large overchargeb) That the business was nonresponsive in trying to resolve the problem, and also nonresponsive in subsequent requests to cancel both orders, c) that the first order (intentionally placed) for cookies both arrived after the deadline promised, and with only cookiesWithin a day of making my Revdex.com complaint, the business contacted me directly to offer a refund, which was requested within a couple of hours of the original order replacement, but ONLY on the condition that I remove any negative reviewsI responded that a refund for a website overcharge, faulty product, and late product was a good resolution, but it wouldn't negate my negative experience and I didn't plan on changing any facebook reviews to lie about itThey did not follow up with any additional attempts to contact me regarding my ordersAs of right now, they still have not refunded any portion of my account for the overcharge or the orders as requested Sincerely, [redacted]
