I am rejecting this response because: the response from Tankinz Noodle MFG to the Revdex.com is a lie.If you read the emails FROM Tankinz to me (that I attached) ((and if the person I talked with on the phone WILL be TRUTHFUL)) I talked with a gentle men (who was nice and cordial at the time of my order) that I wanted a picture Logo he told me to type LOGO and wait for their email and when I received the email from them to send the jpg IMAGE (of the logo) I emailed the IMAGE as requestedthe emails (from Tankinz) even asked for "Image" jpg for my logo (check the email that TAnkinz sent me and the email I sent them with the IMage attachment).Unfortunately, the cookies were made wrong And I emailed them about their mistake and where is the IMAGE logo (to make a long story short) - I got the run around If you like just read the emails that Tankinz sent (attachment) to me to verify my claim.All I request was my $refund (email attachment) I DID NOT request a reorder (like they stated).When I didn't get a response from Tankinz about the refund, that's when I filed a ? w the Revdex.com Check the dates of my filing with the time shaped dates of the email interaction My filing was NOT out of being vindictive it was because they ignored my request of refunding of $10.Tankinz (without my knowledge), made up a new batch of cookies with the IMAGE logo on the message and mailed it to me after we filed ? w the Revdex.com

We make custom fortune cookies and from our track record you can see that in over years of business we have only had one or two complaints and our currently have an "A+" rating
The claims the customer is far from the truthThe simple fact is the order form was not filled out correctlyOn the
order form you can indicate you would like to have your fortune message printed double sidedThe instructions on the order form indicate you can use text or a logoIf you want text you simply write in the box the text you want, if you want a logo you need to type the word "logo"Fact of the matter is the customer typed the word "log" on the order form, therefore my employee used the word "log" on the back of his messagesWe get alot of orders and all are different, we simply put on the message what is requested
Come to find out that *** actually had intended to put the word "logo" just a misunderstandThe fact that this was his mistake and he is contacting the Revdex.com over a $charge, that was obvisously his fault has no grounds at all
To make things even worse we redid his order according to his request and he still filed this reportAs a small busines owner it is impossbile to deal with people sometimesWe consider this issue closed, as the Revdex.com shouldHave a great day

I am rejecting this response because: They did not offer any sort of resolution. They confirmed in writing that there were two separate orders, which is exactly what I said in my original complaint. The complaint was that a) the second order duplicated the contents of the first in addition to the item that was being ordered, resulting in a large overcharge. b) That the business was nonresponsive in trying to resolve the problem, and also nonresponsive in subsequent requests to cancel both orders, c) that the first order (intentionally placed) for 24 cookies both arrived after the deadline promised, and with only 21 cookies. Within a day of making my Revdex.com complaint, the business contacted me directly to offer a refund, which was requested within a couple of hours of the original order replacement, but ONLY on the condition that I remove any negative reviews. I responded that a refund for a website overcharge, faulty product, and late product was a good resolution, but it wouldn't negate my negative experience and I didn't plan on changing any facebook reviews to lie about it. They did not follow up with any additional attempts to contact me regarding my orders. As of right now, they still have not refunded any portion of my account for the overcharge or the orders as requested.

After reaching out to the customer and doing research on our end we found that the customer did infact make two orders under the same name each order a day apart. The first order was shipped and received. The second order for some reason was shipped but NOT received. we have put a request into the...

carrier to see why.

Review: Tankinz failed to deliver fortune cookies ordered for a wedding and have not provided a refund.

I ordered 240 custom fortune cookies on 28 February 2014 via tankinz.com, for which I was billed $190.75 (Order ID [redacted]). As specified in the original order, Tankinz was to deliver the cookies to my father-in-law's address in Sacramento, CA on 26 March 2014 for my wedding that weekend. Tankinz replied to only one of my numerous emails and phone calls claiming there was a problem with Fedex but failed to provide a tracking number. On 9 April 2014, I emailed them requesting a refund, which they claimed they would provide. I have seen no evidence of a refund to my credit card.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $190.75.

Our shipper was supposed to take care of this refund being that it was their mistake. We ahould have followed up with them regarding the claim. We just assumed it had been taken care of.

A full refund of [redacted] has been credited back to the custom. We have a A+ rating with the Revdex.com and regret this falling through the cracks.
