This gentleman called us out to replace a few tiles that have come loose over the many many yearsWe showed up and he asked to do additional items for the same price that we quoted himThe showers showers and the tile were in terrible shapeWe made the repairs he wanted cause he didn’t want to
pay any additional costHe has called and emailed me over times to come back and fix areas of the shower that we didn’t touchI sent my guys back over to fix but my guys called and said he wanted areas fixed that we didn’t touchI told home owner we can’t repair his entire shower nor can we warranty areas of the shower we didn’t touchHe was not happy and has called my cell phone all hours of the night and threaten me and called and harassed the tile company that recommended meMe and the tile company refunded him $which was agreed upon and now he wants $more dollars?? He has requested an invoice which was sent to him on completion of his project? This job was completed almost a year agoI have pictures and text messages of before the work started and after the work startedThis guy is complaining about work we didn’t do and wants us to fix issues we didn’t touchWe warranty our work but will not warranty work we didn’t do.

I’m done dealing with this crazy guyHe has been refunded money just to leave me aloneWe replaced tiles on this job but he wants his entire shower redone He can say all he wants I’m not waisting any more time on this guy

This included repairing a shower wall and a couple loose tiles in another shower. His employee and I agreed on the work and the price at that time. "We made the repairs he wanted cause he didn’t want to pay any additional cost"I can't make sense of this sentence."He has called and emailed me over times to come back and fix areas of the shower that we didn’t touch."This number of requests for warranty repair is less than 100, as per below:I sent photos of cracked grout in the recently work on Aug 14th.I called Aug 15th and talked with Jason *** who promised to repair the cracks in the shower wall which his company replaced.I called Aug 17th and left a messageI called Aug 23rh and left a messageI called times on August 24th. I sent text and photos on August 24th.I later sent a letter of demand for fair compensation.It is also a lie that I requested him to fix areas of the shower that "we didn't touch". The rework requested in the photos is exactly the area repaired by MYWH construction. I sent my guys back over to fix but my guys called and said he wanted areas fixed that we didn’t touch. This is a lie. When did this allegedly take place? Where is the phone record? Where are the photos? Where is any evidence at all? "I told home owner we can’t repair his entire shower nor can we warranty areas of the shower we didn’t touch."This is untrue. He never said this to me.What did happen, is I sent photos of the cracked grout I wanted repaired under warranty, and was ignored. I never asked for repair of "an entire shower". He was not happy and has called my cell phone all hours of the night...This is untrue. I called Mr*** exactly one time after working hours. This was because I had fallen asleep before dark on Aug 24th. I woke up to realize he had not returned either of my earlier calls that day, or the three previous calls over a period of days. I left a message. Mr*** called me the next morning and said "Do not ever call my home again". I had thought this was a business number. I have not spoken with Mr*** again....and threaten me and called and harassed the tile company that recommended me. I did not threaten Mr*** in any way. Anything I said to him would be on an answering machine message. I did receive a threat by him, and hung up on him as he was stating it, and I have had no further verbal contact.Me and the tile company refunded him $which was agreed upon and now he wants $more dollars?? I have not received a refund of $100, and how is that amount sufficient to repair the cracks in the tile, which I was told would be under warranty?He has requested an invoice which was sent to him on completion of his project?Mr*** arrived on my front porch the day after the work was initially completed. He demanded payment, and was paid by check. Later, in preparing my taxes, I realize he never provided a receipt. I contacted *** at the Tile Company to request a receipt on my behalf, Mr*** was unwilling to provide a receipt and gave conflicting answers regarding the amount: "He told me it was $max.""He said you can use the copy of the $check you have as your receiptHe does not know about a $check."This job was completed almost a year agoI have pictures and text messages of before the work started and after the work startedThis guy is complaining about work we didn’t do and wants us to fix issues we didn’t touchWe warranty our work but will not warranty work we didn’t do. I have before and after photos. They show that a shower wall was torn out, and rebuilt. They show cracks which appeared in the grout soon afterward.I also have a check receipt for $1225, not the $max or $than Mr*** told *** at the ***.--------------------------RESPONSE 4/20/18----------------------------- I’m done dealing with this crazy guyAm I crazy? I know for sure that being honest is not one of my problems. He has been refunded money just to leave me aloneI have not been refunded any money. We replaced tiles on this job but he wants his entire shower redone They replaced a shower wall in one bathroom and a few loose tiles in another.I did not ask for an entire shower to be redone, but rather for cracked grout in their work to be repaired. Photos prove it. He can say all he wants I’m not waisting any more time on this guy Mr*** did not provide a receipt. He seems unclear on the amount of money he has been paid, as well as the work that was done. Failing to achieve warranty work following phone calls, I sent him a letter of demand for $for repair costs, which was ignored. I then contacted *** at the Tile Company, where the recommendation for MYWH Construction came from. *** has been very helpful. Lastly, I have contacted Revdex.com.Photos on request. I can also provide communications on request

I am rejecting this response because:This is not an honest response.? The scope of work was agreed upon before work began.? The grout repair requested under warranty was work completed by the worker assigned to the task.? Proof is in the photos.This business owner showed up at my house the next morning demanding payment.? He received payment in full, and promised warranty work.? Later, I realize no receipt was provided.? The business owner refuses to supply a receipt, provide warranty work, provide fair compensation.? In all, this is a business which bears further investigation
