To whom it may concern, this letter is in response to the complaint you received from [redacted] regarding Tanner C.P.AFirm [redacted] , C.P.Atold client in May, that they had years to amend the return.Tanner C.P.Afirm called the client 8/4/and received, NO ANSWER, Tanner C.P.Afirm attempted to call the client on 8/16/17, as well with no answer The return prepare for amended filing on 8/4/17, had no pickup and no payment for the services provided by Tanner C.P.AFirm.The Tax Extension was filed as a courtesy to the client on 4/15/17, at no charge to the client The client has not provided any information for tax preparation The client provided wrong information for to comply the tax return The client has been very unresponsive The client has also had multiple reminders in the past and required extended filing and always delays.If you should require any further information or have any questions, please feel free to contact Tanner C.P.AFirm
