Tanner Goods

I spend $150 to get a new belt, but Tanner Goods send me a belt with defective buckle.
I contact them for an explaination, they told me that the buckle is made with cast brass, and it will eventually oxidize over time. I fully understand cast brass will oxidize some time, but I didn't expected it has oxidized in the beginning...especially when I spend $150 to get a NEW one.
So I asked for a return and refund, but they rejected me because they are not able to process a return or exchange for the belt as this item was a final sale due to the personalized monogram...I agree that a product with personalized monogram is not refundable, but this belt is a certainly a defective product, it should not be sell as a new product to any consumer.
They provided a free polish service to solve the issue, but their studio can polish the belt buckle as a brand new one, it will not change the fact this belt is a defetive one.
I cannot get a satisfied solution, so I come to Revdex.com to seek for help.

Did not receive item. Item was lost or stolen. Contacted the company with no response.
