never informed me that [redacted] needed documentation of the sale until February At that time I sent the documentation to [redacted] and still have not heard anything from them either I originally purchased the insurance from Tanner Insurance Agency and they never notified me of the documentation requirement until I contacted [redacted] myself Since February when I sent the documentation of the sale to [redacted] , I have not heard anything from them and it has now been days Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give[redacted]
