There was a delay in response to this complaint as a result of notification from Revdex.com going to a spam folder.Our office was retained to pursue a matter of unpaid invoices totaling $11,owed to our client by [redacted] located in Lubbock, TX Our office made contact with [redacted] on 09/16/ Mr [redacted] had requested copies of the invoices in question The invoices were emailed to him that some day Mr [redacted] responded to the email acknowledging the validity of the invoices and had stated that he contact the creditor directly to arrange payments and outlined three payments that he claimed were made directly to our client.We contacted our client to confirm payments and verify that a satisfactory arrangement had been made Our clients' response contradicted Mr [redacted] claim that an arrangement had been discussed We attempted to communicate with Mr [redacted] on a number of occasions after learning that our client hasn't received a commitment for repayment The only response we received was another email correspondence stating that he has no obligation to discuss this matter with us and failed to communicate with us or our client any further.Our office attempted to acquire additional or alternate contact information for [redacted] specifically as it related to the contract work performed for [redacted] *** Through the course of this discovery several #'s were called that were listed to addresses used by [redacted] or officers of the corporation His mother was a party that answered at one of the listed #'s Mr [redacted] mother was spoke to precisely once She informed us that she didn't have any information regarding [redacted] There has not been any attempts made again to that phone number.I would like to address this matter amicably and would respectfully request that Mr [redacted] contact me directly at ###-###-####

I am aware of the issue regarding Mr***Tanner, Keller Associates had a transfer in ownership what was effective 02/15/All transaction made prior to this time (including Mr***'s) we deposited into a trust account drawn off
of *** *** The authorized signer on this account is *** *** He was the previous owner and had an obligation to remit to all clients who had money due to them on or before 02/15/I too received NSF checks from him on payroll expenses that he was obligated to payI am working diligently to recover my loss as well as the loss our clients accruedI assure you, with no degree of uncertainty that myself and clients will all be made wholeIt is unfortunate that this issue has been drawn out as long as it hasThe refund in question is, by all rights, owed not by "tanner, keller & associates" (incorporated in CO), but is owed by "tanner keller llc" incorporated in FL by *** *** He wrote this check off of his business accountWe are no longer partners, an I am seeking reimbursement for all of his monetary obligations to myself and clients that we continued to service beyond the transfer of ownership date
