We had cabinets installed in October, At the time of putting the handles on, the installer, Brady, noticed that one of the doors was warped, and told me he wouldn't put the handle on as they would replace that door They have been out a couple of times to fix various problems, but still no door, no recollection from the installer that it needed to be replaced I talked to Greg at the office and he had it in his file My husband made the mistake of paying in full before the job was complete and we were satisfied During that time, another door has nearly fallen office the cabinet and they are aware of it To date, still nothing, altho they were reminded again, weeks ago

Beware of dealing with this company!! I was a returning customer. Walked in to order a piece of granite. Walked up to the counter and talked to the Sr. owner. About a minute into the discussion, a piece of tile came down on my toe - ton of pain, swelling. The owner said "Where did THAT come from? Oh - that's a piece that a customer left there". Then this guy simply walks back to his desk, doesn't ask if I'm OK (I'm saying OMG, by toe hurts so much! I hope it's not broken". He completely ignored the whole situation. I asked if they had any ice I could put on it. "No - we don't have any" and turned back to his computer. So I asked if they could give me a chair to sit in. An employee brought around a stool and Sr. owner takes the opportunity to put a catalogue in front of me and said "Here, you can pick out a color while you nurse your foot". Then walked away. The toe was swelling up so I asked if anyone in the building might have ice, and Sr. owner says "You can walk across the street to [redacted] - they have ice". WALK across 19th ave?? During this fiasco, Sr. owner also said that I couldn't look at any actual granite samples - had to pick from a cataloge. Turns out the samples were sitting about 10 feet from him... There was one employee (not the owners) who actually came back just before I was limping out and gave me a bag of ice - perhaps he went across the street?) So I told them I would come back, but please confirm the pricing you mentioned on the phone. The price on the phone was highly misleading and now the order was going to cost 3x more than anticipated. The Sr. Owner talked down to me like I was a mn (I have done granite in several homes, including one that I built and designed, so I know a little about this business.) I was so disgusted by their callous attitude that I finally said "You know, even tho the reviews on the internet were very bad regarding you treatment of customers, I returned anyway because I had a good experience previously with Mike. (son?) And I have many employees and hundreds of clients and I would never dream of not making sure that someone who was hurt got medical care if needed. At that point both Mike and Sr. owner flipped out and started yelling "You kicked the tile" (I was standing still when it fell on me) "What do you think, that tiles jump up and fall on people". "Get you head out of your a**" This was the most unbelievable encounter I have EVER had with business owners. I can now see why there are so many complaints about them on the internet. Scary. Very scary rage... Apparently they have no concept of responsibility for the safety of consumers that walk into their business. I can't imagine how they treat their employoees if they get hurt....

I talked to Jim T[redacted], numerous times, including having him over to my home to look at the problem.  When he called me on Friday, he said that he didn't know about the problem.  I didn't argue, as he said that it would be resolved that day or the next.  That was over 5 days ago, and to date - I have not heard from him since.  I really wanted to believe that he would follow thru, but perhaps things are so busy there, that he cannot remember.  The same day he was over to look at the needed repair, he gave me an estimate for flooring for the upstairs.  I asked for it to be emailed to me for review and to show my husband, and to date - still nothing.  Perhaps that will remind him of this account.

LINDA PARKER APPARENTLY DOES NOT ALWAYS ANSWER HER PHONE OVER 5 CALLS HAVE BEEN PLACED TO REMEDY HER CONCERS ON THE KITCHEN CABINETS WE WILL CALL HER AGAIN TODAY I DON'T KNOW ANY OTHER SOLUTION BUT TO KEEP CALLING SHE ALSO LIVES ON AN ISLAND IN THE CARIBBEAN AND THAT MAY BE WHY WE ARE STILL TRYING TO CONTAT HER WITH NO ANSWER

Owner was absolutely horrible. Called showroom at 4:45pm and got cussed out over phone because I was inquiry about my order that I had placed. I calmy asked why I could not pick it up and he said "I'm tired of your god Damn questions". I declared to me after I already purchased it that he was shipping it back and not honoring the sale. Terrible all around. Never work with this company.

[redacted], Sales Rep, from [redacted] Materials came to my house and created an estimate which I picked up a few days later at their 19th Ave. office. I set up an date for them to come to install tile, I gave them the name of the tile and the tile manufactuer's name at the time of the estimate. The week before the installation, I called to confirm with [redacted] the date and time. He said Monday between 9 and 11 AM. On Monday, about 11:15, I called to see where they were. [redacted] said they would be there in a few minutes, I asked how few minutes. He got angry and said that I was being difficult and he was cancelling the job then hung up on me. It was about a 30 second conversation. I called back and talked to [redacted], owner, who said [redacted] was in divorce court all morning because his wife was trying to take away everything he'd earned in the last 20 years. I asked what that had to do with me. [redacted] then said I was being difficult and after 30 years in business he found that if the project started badly it didn't get better. I said I had just called to find out what was going on. He said I was being uncooperative and loud. I said that I had the house packed up and didn't get any more time off for 3 more months. He hung up. I called the tile manufacturer to make sure [redacted] hadn't picked up the tile in case I managed to find a last minute tile installer. The manufacturer said [redacted] had never ordered the tile! A few minutes later a calmer [redacted] called and said he was calling around to find an installer to come out. I said to have them call me. It's been over a month and no one even remotely associated with [redacted] has called. They are unprofessional and unreliable. They made up excuses at my expense to cover up their mistakes.
