Over charged me an gave me a bad alignment on my steering wheel is at Got told it was my problem not theresAfter having somebody else look at their work was told they did it in correctlyWill not return for business

We went to them to have a lift installed. We were originally told 5 hrs. When we dropped the truck off they told it would be 10 hrs. I told them this was our only vehicle and I needed it by 5 to pick my children up. I called at 1pm to see if they were going to be done early, the guy upfront said they needed different lugnuts and valve stems but they had everything else. They called again at 4:30 saying They were missing a bunch of stuff and that the alignment was not done and we could not pick until until the next day. I told him it was unexceptable and he needed to get our vehicle done. He kept saying this was not their problem. They did not check the parts prior to installation, he refused to answer my questions and just agrued that this was not their fault or their problem. I now had to spend $109 To get the new parts in, not to mention every rental car in town was sold out except one for $200 car for just 24 hrs. Never did he admit fault or offer to make it right. I recently had a complete long arm suspension lift done on my 1996 one owner Jeep Cherokee. I went out for five quotes, kicked out the low & high bids then did a serious evaluation prior to finalizing my decision. Pete Norris at Tanner 4x4 spent a great deal of time helping educate me and choose the right equipment for my Jeep. The workmanship on this "very involved" complete suspension replacement was excellent. Every weld, bolt and adjustment was done with knowledge & expertise. My jeep now drives better than new, on & off road. As with any project of this magnitude, there were a few glitches, all of which were handled promptly & professionally.

Now here's the real kicker... I'm an engineer. For me to be satisfied, everything has to be done to near perfection. Tanner 4x4 satisfied this perfectionist.
