We went to them to have a lift installedWe were originally told hrsWhen we dropped the truck off they told it would be hrsI told them this was our only vehicle and I needed it by to pick my children upI called at 1pm to see if they were going to be done early, the guy upfront said they needed different lugnuts and valve stems but they had everything elseThey called again at 4:saying They were missing a bunch of stuff and that the alignment was not done and we could not pick until until the next dayI told him it was unexceptable and he needed to get our vehicle doneHe kept saying this was not their problemThey did not check the parts prior to installation, he refused to answer my questions and just agrued that this was not their fault or their problemI now had to spend $To get the new parts in, not to mention every rental car in town was sold out except one for $car for just hrsNever did he admit fault or offer to make it rightWorst service eve
