MrT*** called Revdex.com after receiving the letter provided by Mrs*** about an oil plugMrT*** runs an Auto glass businessThis customer contacted MrT*** nephew, who is not a license mechanical and works at family dollar to work on her vehicleAfter a while the nephew realized
that he was not able to repair the vehicle for the customer because he did now know how to finish the repairThe nephew went to MrT*** and asked for assistanceWhile MrT*** did accept money from this customer for work to be done and did write this on business letter head T*** Auto Glass did not accept money for this job because they are an auto glass businessThe letterhead was used because MrT*** wanted the customer to know that he was not going to run off with her moneyAfter working on the vehicle the business told the customer an oil plug was strippedSince this is not a mechanic shop, and neither of the men working on the vehicle are mechanics they are not able to replace the part for the customer and she would need to take the vehicle to a license shop to purchase the correct partUltimately this customer did not hire a mechanic nor did she hire Tanner's Auto glass to do motor workMs*** paid a young man that was unable to repair the vehicle and instead of telling her to take it to a shop he asked his uncle to take a look at itTo attempt to help his family he did so

This is my response concerning MrTa*** MrT*** was referred to me by his nephewHe nor his nephew ever told me that he was not a license mechanicMr.T*** was the only one that performed the motor workHe replaced my blown head gasketThe head gasket kit, timing belt, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires, harmonic pulley balance, oil change and added antifreezeBut no mention that he stripped my oil plug by overtightening it.He said my car might burn some oil since head has been replacedSo I noticed a month after work was done that oil eould barely be on stick when I checked itSo I was adding up to quarts of oil per weekI knew something was wrong because my car had never burned or leaked oil in the years since I have owned itAny way I called Mr.T*** to see what he thought problem wasTo which he said oil plug was not tighteningThat's how we got to complaint. I have had a oil plug put onMy car is leaking oil in different partsAlso now is smoking around my front tired and trying to cut off while I am drivingNone of this was going on with my car until he worked on itIf he had put deals on my car in the correct way it would not be doing thisAll I need now is my motor to blow up from not having enough oil in it
