The client was told he would get refunded in december at the end of the programThe client blocked the provider and issued a complaint with [redacted] .? ? After going through months of [redacted] and [redacted] deciding in my favor I thought the matter resolvedThe client then started sending rude and cursing messages demanding a refundAfter [redacted] dedided in my favor I was no longer willing to give a refundAt this point because of all the trouble the client had given me and the fact they were being rude as possible.? ? I completed a full service as promisedI exercised my right stated in the contract to keep any money paid out and terminate the relationship for any reasonI offered to settle it peacefully but the client went on to block me, report me, and threaten my businessI have attached all legal documents and evidence proving soIf phone records and text messages are needed I can get those as well.? ? The client frequently praised me and my business for the services providedThen suddenly at the end of the term the client decided he didn't want to communicate anymore and tried to get a refund by reporting me and blocking/ignoring me from all communicationI never needed to issue a refund as stated in my contract and had the dispute awarded in my favor from [redacted] .? ? The client continues to harrass me and because of this I am exercising my right to retain the funds due for completing the service promisedI spent hours of time on this client.? I am more then willing to provide anymore details or documents necessary but I will not be refunding the client after all he's put me and my business throughI have testimonials and praises from hundreds of clients willing to back me upI want to put this behind meLet me know what else you might need, thanks.?

I have attached all documents proving I had no ill will or intent.The client communicated with me on a regular basis and even praised me for my workAttached is a text.The client brings up an old website that I no longer use and wasn't apart of the serviceAttached is the contract. The client
also disputed the payment with *** and blocked me from communicating furthermonths later he starts sending cursing messages demanding a refund after I had to go through all the shenanigans of ***Attached is the *** judgementAlso attached is a cursing email back to me after I responded in a professional manner. You can find multiple testimonials at *** ** *** ** ** *** ***Unfortunately when running a business you will always have clients who will not follow the plans and blame everyone else for what happensThe client was given customized plans, phone calls, texts, merchandise, and adjustments as frequently as requested. This has been my only poor experience and hopefully my lastI would recommend other trainers to be wary of who they choose to work with.

The client then started sending rude and cursing messages demanding a refund. After [redacted] dedided in my favor I was no longer willing to give a refund. At this point because of all the trouble the client had given me and the fact they were being rude as possible.  I completed a full service as promised. I exercised my right stated in the contract to keep any money paid out and terminate the relationship for any reason. I offered to settle it peacefully but the client went on to block me, report me, and threaten my business. I have attached all legal documents and evidence proving so. If phone records and text messages are needed I can get those as well.  The client frequently praised me and my business for the services provided.
