job not finished Tim was hired to finish paver patio step and install irrigation for yard along with a few small jobsthe small jobs were done fine but he had trouble completing step and irrigationBecause he was new to the area and needed funds to start up business I paid in full.He was ultimately found to be using wrong sand for the pavers and used sprinkler head to water a whole yardHe gave several excuses as to why he did not show up to complete job and failed to respond when I contacted him to either keep trying to finish or give a partial refund

He said he sprayed my lawn but I have video to prove he didn't. He nor his employees know anything about sprinkler systems. He had mulch dumped on my driveway and against my house which stained the concrete and the siding. He also showed up to move 7 cubic yard of mulch/sand with nothing but two shovels.
