So here we are and I just need to know which address to send the check toWe have a different one on file than the one she used to file her complaintI emailed her, asking for the information, and have not received any answer as of this replySo as soon as I know which address to use I will send her the refund

*** *** *** In response to his letter, when he called us, it was explained to him that I have what I have in stockThere has been an extremely high demand for white calf hair lately
He seems to be the only person that has had a problem with the calf hair that has left this facilityI sent him the best of what we have in our inventory Any fly-tyer with as much experience as he says he has should be able to take one look at a piece of hair and know if it will be adequate for what they are tying As you see in the pictures provided, he not only “cut into it looking for hidden reservoirs of hair”, he mutilated the entire piece sent to himIt was a whole piece of hide when this was sent out It cannot be recycled by us for any sort of use either retail or wholesale When I tried to explain to him, after he sent the pieces back, that I didn`t have what he was looking for, and he would have to wait for some to come in, he became very rude and nasty on the phoneHe not only insulted my company, but me personally as well As far as I am concerned it was a tactic to try and bully me, but it did not work, and he became even more un-professional I tried to explain that we don`t control how long the animals grow their hair and we get what we get when it comes from our supplier, but he didn`t want to listen As of right now, I still do not have any hair that would be to his “satisfaction”I am willing to send back the pieces he originally purchased and call it square.*** ***Vice PresidentThe Tannery, Inc./Rocky MtnDubbing Co.*** ***
