Hello,I reviewed Kathleens account and there is no record of her trying to cancelShe spoke with a representative on 7-and was told that it was past her cancellation periodin march she had days to cancel before her account autorenewed for another yeatattached I have her original contract that she signedI circled the bullet where it states that terms of cancellation

Unfortunately if this employee did not make comments in the computer I can not prove it I will however never do business with this Shady company again and I will make sure no one else I know does either Now I know why this company has a huge turnover rate in employees as there is never the same person in the storeAlways a new person being trained over a phone This company is a joke!
