Dear , [redacted] ***'s I received your complaint via The Revdex.com , Regarding lack of results from your tanning visit The beds your daughter and yourself used are level facial beds Our salon provides up to level tanning booths and beds , The higher level machine you use will achieve higher results , our machines are regularly maintained from certified maintenance professionals as well as routined lamp changes to always satisfy the level of tanning my clients expect and deserveTo achieve a higher level of tanning it requires more exposure than one visit , to optimize results unless you already have a base tan , one visit won't give you a full tan unless your routinely tannng, such as direct sun exposure or regularly tanning I'm sorry if you were under the impression one visit could achieve a glowing tan , it's a process to achieve a darker color and requires more then one visits , that's why we offer packages such as monthly and groups of visits! ! It would be my pleasure to meet you and offer you any help I can to resolve how upset you stated you where regarding this ! I'm always available at my store mon-fri 9-or sat -sun 9-!
