I want to start by saying that *** ***, the gentlemen that submitted the claim was never a customer of ours. He never worked with us.We are a staffing company.Our only goal is to help people get a job that they love.We only reach out to people that have their resumes posted on job
boards or who reach out directly to us.We then run positions by them to see if they are interested.There are two forms of communication we use - We will send job descriptions to a list of candidates that we have worked with before or send e-mails directly to someone from *** ** *** that we feel are a great fit for a position we have.In some cases, the person might be on both lists.In this case it looks like this gentleman received e-mails detailing a job that we thought might be a good fit for him.We received his e-mail that he is not interested and wants to be removed from our list and we have done so.We are only paid when someone accepts a position and starts working at our client.So if he does not want to work with us we have no reason to contact him.He is the only person we have ever worked with that actually got offended that we wanted to help him find a job.Please let him know that we will not contact him again.Thanks so much for your help!
