Regarding to the complaint that made by my customer on 08/31/2014. She bought a dozen of Donuts and brought it back said my donuts is hard she could not eat it. So she wanted her money back which was not allowed to return or exchange. She and her...

mother always did that to our place that meant they came for complaining. Last time her mother came to buy 6 donuts later brought it back and said she wanted money back because my donuts was old which was not true to what she said. 8/31/2014 morning they bought one dozens of donuts then came back and accused us our donuts were not fresh and hard, they were unable to eat it, that was only half back in the box. She said my buttermilk donuts were hard. (She expected buttermilk donuts soft like raise donuts???). It is not possible that buttermilk donuts can be soft as glazed donuts; it is made of difference flours. When we refused to exchange they took that box of donuts outside my place but in front of our shop. The lady opened up the box and put it on the hood of her SUV and advertised my hard buttermilk donuts to all my customers, they stayed there for more than one hour and left. Dear Revdex.com, was it the right thing that she did that to us?  What do you think of you are a business owner and your product are good as usual and someone comes to say things bad to you, how do you feel? I think you will feel bad like I did last two weeks. We always treat our customers like the king and queen and they are all such as good to us too. There only she and her mother are not nice to us. We are not just serving local our customers but others from other states come here to buy our products. I hope would not see her and her mother again in my shop. I am not satisfied with her response because I have never been in that shop prior to that day we were in Oakland for the last 2 years so for her to say we do that all the time was a lie my kids would not eat the donuts we did not ask for our money back just an exchange any decent owner would have Givin us a exchange for bad product if she can show video of us coming in their another time I would not fight this I feel as a customer I was treated unfairly she called me a liar hung up on me a few times how is that professional

Review: At about 8 am on Sunday August 31 2014 my mom [redacted] went to order a dozen donuts we were going to the buddy [redacted] park within 5 minutes my mom took the donuts back cause they were hard and stale the own we a women said she would not return them or give us a new batch my mom then went back to the park so I called the tans donuts and the lady that answered hung up on me 3 times when I asked to speak to owner she told me he was not here so my husband and I drive back down here then the lady sees me and tells me there is nothing she can do I take a donut and bang it against the counter so she could see how hard it was the lady who now said she was the owner after lying to me on the phone said the donuts are suppose to do that then she started making accusations about how I always do this I said mam I have never been here before she said then it was your mom I said mam can u please stop lying these donuts are so hard my kids won't even eat them she still told me that she would not exchange them so not only did we waste the money on the donuts we wasted the gas several times she was very rude and Un pleasant I thought serving day old donuts was against the health code I am concerned with the welfare of myself and others and what kind of business owner treats paying customers like trashDesired Settlement: All I want at this point is my money back I would never come here to this place again it is in major health violation all this for about 10 dollars when she could have just been polite
