Customer gave us a deposit check and scheduled the work to be done a few weeks later. Customer then changed her mind and cancel the job and requested the deposit...

check back. We told customer that the check will be mailed to her house. This was during the time that we had a death in the family. We were in and out of the hospital and our father passed. We were overwhelmed with taking care of the funeral and the well being of the family. Unfortunately and unintentionally we forgot to mail the check out to customer. It was an innocent oversight. As soon as we received notice from Revdex.com, we immediately contacted customer and hand delivered her the refund of the deposit check. Everything has been taken care of now and customer said she will remove the complaint from Revdex.com.  Please let us know if there's anything else we need to do to remove the complaint and be in good standing with Revdex.com.
