Review: Trying to cancel the service with the company for over 4 months no one is answering the phone and no one is getting back to me. I never used their services and and still charging me every month.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the past 4 months since they're never get back to me! its not acceptable !! they have only one phone number and they never answer the phone or get back to me when I leave a voice mail !!!!
they never forget to charge my credit card ! but they won't even get back to me..
Please help me solve the issue and get a refund! I am not trying to get a full refund for the whole amount since I tried canceling only from july. please help me solve this problem, so this business could improve their customer service !!!
