Oct 101704:30p Dr Tanya Wilson [redacted] p.2October 9, 2017This is a response to complaint # [redacted] from [redacted] ; re: DrTanya Wilson for $800Dear Revdex.com,On June 28, 2017, [redacted] presented to the office for implant work for which she paid $1,in advance of treatment(this is office protocol for implant work ) Without going into too much detail, upon opening the surgical site, it was determined that she was not eligible to receive an implant in that Site insufficient bone width)At that point, it was determined, (and costs were clearly explained to the patient by my Colleague's staff), that a fixed bridge would be the alternative treatment and that my colleague would be the treating doctor, [redacted] had a credit at that point which was to be used towards her bridge workShe told his office she had a credit with meSo, My Colleague, in good faith, started thousands of dollars worth of bridge workWell, to my surprise, [redacted] informed my staff that she does not want to use her credit for her bridge work and she wants her money credited back to her cardcouldn't believe itMy partner started the work in good faith, thinking the credit would go to himAlso, [redacted] started to become very disruptive (multiple calls to office, putting everyone on edge, threatening to send her husband), combative, raising a stinkI tried to talk to her on the phone, but had to end the call because it was clear to me that she was being very unreasonableNonetheless, I refunded her card back for the $to keep the peace and stop the calls and office pop upsThe $dollars she is referring to is for [redacted] (health care financing she qualified for towards her dental work) She is still paying that off to [redacted] cannot refund thatIt's [redacted] .The insurance company made a payment towards her treatment, to my colleague.But did not cover 100%)Once she found out he got a payment, she called Metlife insurance company and had them to call usShe actually wanted my colleague to return the money to the insurance CompanyOf course, they informed us that we did not have to do that because off all the work she's had doneShe still owes him thousands of dollars to complete the workAfter ALL of this mess, My Colleague is trying to work it out with herHis main objective is for her to finish her treatmentHis staff has fully explained everything to her and is trying to work out a plan with her.At this point, I don't feel comfortable speaking or treatment this patientShe has threatened to Send her husband up to my office to get "her money"She told me she was gonna Send my name to the Revdex.com if E didn't give her that money backIt appears she's trying to destroy my name, my reputation, and she is being dishonest

On June 28, 2017, I had a scheduled appointment with DrWilson for an tooth implant in which I paid in advance to the service rendered in the amount of $1, DrWilson was unable to perform the service and another appointment was scheduled by her assistant sending me to another dental provider within her office in Network with my dental provider thereby causing a plethora of problems for both myself and that provider
I requested a full refund on the $1,that was paid to DrWilson because I had paid her in advance and she was unable to perform the services as of this date, she has paid $with an outstanding balance owed to me of $
I have contacted DrWilson's office numerous times since that date (July 5, 2017) and she has gone so far as to disrespect me, to attempt to belittle me, to hang up the phone on me and as of this date, she still has not returned my $owed to me after agreeing that she would return it

I am rejecting this response because DrWilson is and has tols so many lies in her statenent tobyou abd SIME are as follows:1- After the appt on June 28, no resolution was decided on what would be the next step of treatment- DrWilson's assistant made the apptwith her collegue who I "assumed" was a part of DrWison's staff and he performed services on July 5thAfter performing services, I was ingormef that I owed him $and that was when I learned that they (he & DrWilson) were seperate entities and he did not accept my Met Life insurance which was the plan being used with DrWilson
DrWilson's assistant was the person who suggested my being reimbursed by check and I asked if my husband can come and pick up the check because I broke my ankke on Aug 17,and am unable to ge to her officeDr Wilson s comments about "threatening behaviors" are gross misrepresentatinsI have tried on volumous occassions to resolve this matter with DrWilson and she has been uncooperative, insulting & disrespectful repeatedlyDrWilson's iffice had agreed to also refund the $paid for services in check form as stated previously or return it back to *** *** and to date, neither has been doneDrWilson's accusations as it relates to "her associate and business partner" is also grossly fabricatedI have been in constant contact with this office and the main issue is that DrWilson's office scheduled that apptfor services with an office that was out of my dental provider network without my knowledge and that office agreesIn summation, I am seeking for her office to return the $even if its to *** *** which I make timeky monthly payments IMMEDIATELY as agreed versus making excuses
