We always take care of our customers after they get our services in our salon, particularly when they get their hair dyedWe always suggest our customers to come back, whether immediately or in a few days if they see anything they would like us to correct so we can touch it up as needed,
something we always do at no extra chargeSometimes, customers come in to change the shade of hair base, or highlighted strips, or to add more strips or make then thinner or thickerIn this case, the customer came out of the salon looking very happy and smiling after she got her highlights, similar to our other customersShe was also told to come back if she noticed anything she wanted to correct or change, as she states in her complaintShe wasn't interested in coming back as we suggested and claims she went to another salon to redo itAt least she should have come back to the salon to show what exactly she doesn't likeShe is also saying that her hair was damaged, but this doesn't make sense because no colorist would ever work on damaged hair right after hair it was dyed, so how could she have gone to another salon to have it re-colored? By the way, she claims to only see licenses but everyone who works in our salon is licensedLicenses are typically displayed next to their stations, not all in one bunchAlso, some of our stylists work in other salons as well, so not everyone always displays their license at all timesAlso, I checked our video surveillance and not only did she leave our salon happy but when she came back to ask for her refund, there was no confrontationTatyana met the customer and gave her my phone numberI am the manager who resolves any customer disputeMost importantly, we have a clearly displayed policy that states that there are no refundsFor this reason, we are sorry but her money can't be returnedSincerely, Eugene K*** Salon Manager
