I made a purchase under the company's money-back satisfaction guarantee. Within days of receiving my product, I tried contacting the company for return instructions. The company did not reply to email - either through their website contact form or through an email sent directly to customer service. I tried 3 times, providing order number, my name, phone, email address. The company did not answer their phone - my calls rang for about 12 rings, then went to a generic greeting (no company name mentioned) and I left messages twice with all the information again in regard to the order number and my contact information. However, my calls were not returned.

This company is blitzing the market with their advertising, however their claim of a money-back satisfaction guarantee is not legitimate if the customer can't reach them.
