I called on 16Novand spoke with [redacted] about my internet being out/why the wires are still not dug up after multiple calls to do so and why I pay $when I don't even get half the speed of what I pay for [redacted] said she would have to talk to her manager and got my contact info down and call me backToday is 18Decand I still have not had a call back The "CEO" threatened to call my Commander and threaten to drop me as a customer because i'm a "bad customer"(I pay my bill on time and never missed a payment) This company doesn't care about it's customers, so be warned! cliffs 1.rude people from bottom to top of the chain 2.pay $for mbps but only get on good day (don't have many of those) 3.wires still not dug up after half dozen calls to get them replaced after maintenance runs them over with lawnmowers 4.still no reimbursement for [redacted] poor service of having to wait weeks to get someone to my house with no internet

Tap Broadband failed to inform in a timely manner that it's southern Georgia customers were about to lose service due to their own economic instabilityThey posted on social media on 6/2/that they were stopping service yet collected automatic payments and issued billing statements up to the disconnect Tap then went on to abruptly cut service on 6/6/16, disrupting vital connections to the outside world and deployed soldiersI do not care for cable but my internet is vital to work and school from home There are a considerable amount of routers/modems from Tap Broadband still in private homes that will become a contentious issue if Tap moves to reclaim them while billing for a service that was not providedThey failed to inform us of bankruptcy filings and notice of disconnectSouthern Georgia offers anywhere from to internet service providers with some areas only receiving one, which is/was Tap Broadband

We have had horrible service and not given proper notice, but was told through a friend that they are no longer servicing Georgia residents and it is on FacebookI have been paying my bill and would like a refund for this or some sort of Internet serviceI am a college student online and work full timeThis was an improper way to file a notice with its customers

Tap Broadband just stopped giving internet service to our areaThey gave no warning and still took a payment for services not given

I work from home for a company called express scripts-i have to have a wired internet service-because I live in a very small town tap broadband is the only company that I am able to use-all the other companies are wireless-i just paid them this past friday 06/3/and yesterday I was working and at 10:30am my service went off-i initially thought it was from bad weather but I am now being told that they posted on their facebook page that they have gone out of business-there was no warning and nothing posted on their website, I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone or call me back-without their service I will now be out of a job-i have been with express scripts for 3years-how am I going to pay my bills now-i think it is awful that there was no notice -

The service with this company is beyond terribleI have had so many issues with my internet working properlyIt goes out about three times a weekI tried to cancel once, but they promised the problems would be resolvedSince I paid the services up for the year I trusted them, but here I am now without service for consecutive days with no response from the companyI have called numerous times as well as left messages-with no avail

This company decided to shut down there business in Georgia without giving anyone noticeThey will not respond to emails, messages, or phone callsThey have still taken money out of my bank account along with many others and there is now know way for people to contact them and get their money backThey were crappy to begin with but we are limited on who will set up Internet in our areaMany military families are now without service and contact to families

Paid for internet access through 6/14/
They posted on social media on 6/3/that they will no longer give services to Georgia customers There was no written notice in the mail I requested details, responded to them on social media, and emailed, but cannot get any response for feedback on when the service will be disconnected, and if I get a refund

The "CEO" threatened to call my Commander and threaten to drop me as a customer because i'm a "bad customer". (I pay my bill on time and never missed a payment).
This company doesn't care about it's customers, so be warned!
