Tap Dancing Lizard

I ordered henna for haircolor.Payed by PayPal.
The product was sent to wrong address and they never received it back from 0ist office.
They will not fulfill the order unless I paid again.
I contacted the Tapping Lizard store and spoke to a lady who said they will not resend unless I paid again.I never received product.Upon closer reviewing the Tapping Lizard site it is evident that Evil Devil Worshipping company that prodes it's Lord Satan on stealing from customers.
