Review: [redacted]We ordered 4 sheets of window-sized acrylic plastic that arrived damaged on Sept. 2, 2014. We promptly notified TAP Plastics and were told to submit photos and an e-mail explaining/showing the damage. We e-mailed the photos and explanation a few hours after we got the package on Sept 2. We were told at that time that [redacted] would have to come out to do an inspection, and we were asked for our phone number so that [redacted] could contact us before they arrived(which they never did). After several calls to both [redacted], who still hasn't picked up the package, and to TAP Plastics, who says it is out of their hands, we are stuck with a bunch of damaged and useless material...We realize that [redacted] is largely at fault here for not picking up the package, but we also feel that TAP should stand behind their product and REPLACE IT IMMEDIATELY since we neither packed nor transported the product. Since that fault either lies with [redacted] or with TAP, we feel that this is an issue that they should resolve between themselves, especially since I have made several offers to bring the package to a [redacted] facility myself. Apparently, that is not an option, so we keep waiting for this junk to be picked up for inspection, which will take even more time! In the meantime, we are way behind schedule on our home repairs, and we can't wait for [redacted] to decide who was responsible for the damage. All we know is that we are being unfairly punished for a mistake on either [redacted]'s or TAP's part.Desired Settlement: We would like either an immediate replacement or a full refund. We would be happy to bring the damaged product to a local [redacted] store to be sent back to TAP, but we can no longer wait for this to get done. Since we didn't pack or transport the product, it seems that we shouldn't have to wait for the "inspection" to be done, since we are not responsible for the damage. We just need a product we can use immediately!
