After paying over $for items said to be in stock and not receiving them I contacted the supervisor who then said he would check with the manufacturer and get to me on monday(this was the saturday)Not only did he not contact me but avoided every daily phone cal, voice mail and emailAt that point after waiting well over a month I called paypal to get some compliance whom opened a dispute claimSuddenly emails poured in from 4wheel parts asking to help resolve the issue and refund meWay too late and now I see why they are not a member of Revdex.com their quality and customer service could never live up to the Revdex.com expectations plus all of their indiscrepancies would show which looks like they do on here any way

I made an order online for a part my husband neededI went online to check my order status & my order number was not foundSo I made the dreaded call to customer service only be told my order was canceled! I explain I paid the extra $$ for day shipping & was not notified at all that my order was canceled! The reason my order was canceled is still a mysteryI was told my bank denied the saleWell how did $come out of my bank by 4Wheel Parts if the order was canceled & my bank "denied" the sale?! So my husband called to figure out when they were going to put our money back & couldn't even get a word in edge wise because he kept being interrupted by the gentleman on the other line telling him his bank canceled the saleHe was very rude & disrespectful when my husband asked to speak to his supervisor he kept ignoring him & saying what's the problemWell when my husband kept insisting on speaking to the supervisor the guy hung up on himWILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This business utilizes some very unique and shady business practices. Called to order new wheels and was told they were in stock which was untrue. A week went by and still my order had not been shipped. Called twice and was assured they would be shipped the following day.

Of course the shipping deparatment created a shipping label but UPS did not make a pickup. To make matters worse they charged my credit card twice and I have not received my new wheels. Take caution when purchasing anything from this buisness.

Will never use 4Wheelparts again.

So I ordered tires online from 4 wheel parts and paid extra for rush processing, tires were guaranteed to be shipped within 3 days... .... here I am 3 weeks later....no emails.....no phone calls and when I call to try and get a status update, all I get is one bt excuse after another and their employees give ME atitude and hang up on me without giving me an answer, so I called back today and they say maybe theyll be here in 2 weeks or so....lmao, If you value your time and money....do yourself a favor and dont EVER waste your time and money ordering parts online from 4 wheel parts, employees have [redacted] poor attitudes and everyone you talk to has a different lie everyday.... I canceled my order with 4 wheel parts and called america tires.... they said my tires will be here in 2 days...... I rest my case.....thanks for absolutely nothing 4 wheel parts!!!!

The products this company sells do not match the descriptions on their website and are cheaply made in China. The kits are incomplete and the products are not compatible with the factory products. The shipping is not as advertised and customer service offers nothing but excuses.
