Recently we received a letter in which there is a complaint the complaint # is ***By a transmission we will sold. The customer says the transmission was faulty, but the line of business in which we developKnow that you cant not open a
transmission because it loses all warranty. He never contacted us to let us know he thought opening th transmission, if it had contacted the sellerWould have extended the warranty. But we agreed that if he brings to my sore the complete transmission I will return your money back. If you have any question please call me Thank you !!!

I had a very bad experience at Tapatio Auto and Truck Wrecking, located in Rosamond, CA. Those guys on top of their high prices are very rude and have Zero manners let alone customer service. I left a $200 cash deposit on a couple of parts, one part cost $250, and the other cost $275. They needed a couple of days to take them off the wrecked vehicles, when I went to pick them up, I handed the sales guy $50 that would pay for one part, and told him to hold off on the other part, his manager insisted that I take all parts or lose my $200 deposit. I explained that now I will take one part that cost 250 and the other at a later time, then he said that I had to pay 20% restocking fee, as if I returned a new item in an open box, for heaven's sake you are a junk yard. He really made me mad to the point that I wanted to file a law suit against this junk business. Finally he took the 50 and released the one part. I do not recommend them to anyone, and would never go back either. Be Ware of the Scam.

Review: On 20 January 2014, I ordered via telephone from my home in SC, a used instrument cluster from Tapatio Auto and Truck Wrecking (hereinafter TAP) and provided a USAA MasterCard as meathod of payment. It arrived on the east coast, my mechanic installed it, the fuel and water heat gauges did not work, I called TAP, and shipped the part back by Fed Ex on 7 February 2014.
TAP signed for the part at 1:47 PM on 13 February 2014. Subsequent emails, ignored, and telephone calls, 21 and 27 February and on 3 and 10 March have produced NOTHING. NO denial of selling a faulty part, no reimbursement to my credit card, nor the promised call back from the General Manager.
During the 2:15 PM, 27 February call, I was told the money would appesr on the card on monday - did not happen. The 10 March call, transferred to the GM's voice mail, promised a call bac - did not happen.
Today I notified my credit card carrrier, and I have now notified you. I want the cost of the part and the shipping and the return shipping returned.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate the return of my costs; part, shippin, and return shipping.
