The client in question came into the salon requesting a haircutAfter a couple of days, she called back to request a change to her cutAt this appointment, Ms*** decided to add more layers to her cut, for which she was charged a
discounted priceDuring this appointment, she commented that she is often unhappy with her haircuts, no matter where she goesAfter a couple of days, Ms*** came back to the salon, again requesting to talk to a managerShe was still unhappy with her haircutThe front desk coordinator went and got the stylist who had done her hair, so that the stylist could discuss the issues with herThe stylist again offered to give Ms*** another cut, which she refusedThe salon has a strict "no refund" policy, which is stated on each receipt givenAt the time of the incident, a manager was unavailable to speak with herWe are very sorry we were unable to come to an agreement with Ms***

Their account of the visit is inaccurateI did NOT request a new haircut, I requested a FIX of the original cut that was done terriblyI should not have been charged a 2nd time to fix the original haircutAlso, I never said that I am often unhappy with my haircutsHowever, I did say that I have had another stylist have trouble making the layers blend well when she cut it wet, but always did fine when it was cut dry, therefore I requested that the fix haircut be done with my hair dryWhich obviously still did not work with the stylist at this salonWhen I returned to speak with a manager, it was for the intention of wanting to ask for another person to correct my haircut, why would I let the stylist who messed it up twice do a third cut? I do believe that the salon must agree with my original complaint and must feel as though something was done wrongly (although not admitting here) as they have terminated the employment of the stylist

The stylist in question quit on her own accordUpon returning Ms*** did not indicate the willingness to see another stylist as she had already seen this stylist before on numerous occasions, just that she wanted a refundAs previously stated we uphold a firm no return/refund policy as stated on the receiptWe are sorry we have reached an impasse as this client has slandered us on the internet and that cannot be removed, we cannot return her money, what would be the positive of this?

I find it very unprofessional for a business to not accept responsibility for their wrongdoingThe stylist in question contacted me saying I got her fired, therefore it is my belief that she was fired, which was never my intentionI just wanted my hair fixed! PeriodIf the management would have spoken with me, I would have had the opportunity to request another stylist, but they would not speak with me so I was never given that opportunity
This is obviously never going to be resolvedI have not "slandered" anyone on the Internet, however I simply posted a review as many other customers have doneIf you do not want negative reviews, don't provide the option for someone to review your business and don't provide a negative service

The delay for delivery of the certificate was due to an internal project management system conversion that occurred in July 2016. The implementation of this new software caused the Association delays in sending these credential certificates.Enclosed with this letter is the email and certificate sent to the customer. APA apologizes for the delayed response to Ms. [redacted]'s request and any inconvenience she may have encountered.
