In regards to the complaint made by [redacted] , I am responding to state that I have investigated the matter, and have found that his frustration with how this matter has been handled is completely valid By no means is CT Corporation attempting to pull of a "scam" However, we should have recognized the mistake that was made at a much earlier date and ceased all attempts to contact and collect payment from [redacted] As stated by [redacted] , he is not associated with the company called Shale Farm, Incin the state of Arkansas He is associated with Shale Hills Farm in New Jersey, and unlike the Arkansas entity, [redacted] is not utilizing CT Corporation for any servicesWe have contacted our collection agency to inform them they should immediately stop all collection efforts I do sincerely apologize for the on-going issue [redacted] has been dealing with If there are any additional questions regarding this matter, I would happy to discuss them Sincerely,Mark W [redacted] Senior Regional Service ManagerCT Corporation###-###-####

After discussing this matter with [redacted] , I have agreed to honor his request that our company handle the required merger filing in the state of Texas and to not charge for the service fees associated with this request [redacted] said that he has been very satisfied with CT’s services in the past, and was pleased that I agreed to take these steps in order to meet the expectations he had with his most recent order I have provided him with my contact information and will be closely monitoring the filing through to completion Mark W [redacted] Director of Service Operations

In response to Revdex.com complaint #*** filed by *** *** *** in relation to Virtual Pictures Corporation, I can confirm that the information MrWilson has shared is accurate. This entity no longer has CT Corporation serving as Registered Agent, and there are no
outstanding invoices for the service we had previously been providing. Per *** *** request, I will send a written letter to this effect as well, and will mail it to the address provided within this complaint. I will take steps to ensure further communication ceases. I was inconvenienced and frustrated for a full two years by both CT Corp and their collection agency. I received so many calls (daily) that I didn't even want to answer my own phone. I contacted CT by fax and mail dozens of times to no avail. It was only through the actions of the Revdex.com that this whole mess was resolved. Thank you Revdex.com!
