I am rejecting this response because: As of this writing the permit remains open according the City of San Antonio Development's web siteThere is an standing agreement between both parties that a favorable response would be noted only when all of the requirements were met according as required by the City of San Antonio Development Services Department. Since issue at hand still lacks information and the permit remains open, and unfavorable notation remains until all is met and the permit is closed accordingly.
