I incorporate by reference my original complaint comments. I spoke to the sales manager, Debbie, the woman who responded to the inquiry by the Revdex.com. She emphatically refused to pay for the installation of the new seat cover as she had promised, in writing, when I bought the vehicle to pay for the repairs in Virginia Beach, where I live, not in Tappahannock where the dealership is. So, for her to now say she had offered to install it at the dealership is correct she did, but not what was agreed to in writing prior to my buying the vehicle.Due to their refusal to comply with the terms of the deal when I purchased the vehicle, I was forced to contact *** *** directly to get them to force the dealership to comply with the arrangements we made when I purchased to vehicle. This was done after I submitted my compliant to the Revdex.com. Since Debbie, the sales manager, had already refused to comply with our deal, ** had to contact the other manager, the service manager, to get the dealership to do the right thing. After ** and I speaking with the gentleman, the dealership finally agreed to send me a check for the installation of the seat bottom.So, their inference that they did the right thing and the Revdex.com should find them without fault is not correct, They flatly refused to do what was right and the only reason they did was because *** *** forced them to.Thank you for your assistance and please show it as resolved, but NOT in their favor
