I bought room with Expedia, itinerary # [redacted] The website stated Children Welcome (Free cribs!)When I get there the front desk says they have crib for the entire buildingI don't believe in co-sleeping with my infantSo I keep pressing the fact that I need a cribThe front desk finally produces a cribI put my kid in and a wheel immediately snaps offThe wheel was duct tapedI have picturesPlus the room had a stench, the outside/side entry doors where unlocked, the air conditioner was useless, my wife asked front desk for a garbage bag so we could clean our room a bit and she was told "Why do we have so much trash, we should use the bag for the ice bucket, and I was refused a receipt upon check out I'm pretty much demanding a refund, free night stay, and an email address where I can forward pictures of the condition of this crib
Made a reservation through booking.com whom told me that I needed to contact Baymont Inn, the told me that they would do an investigation that would take up to days for a reservation that was canceled in time on the allotted time frame and my card was still charged even though they didn't have any record of the reservation
