I am rejecting this response because the business states that I only brought back a portion of the foodI ordered a burrito.ij took a couple bites off the top to get to the inside and noticed there was no baconI ordered breakfast tacosOne of them was half gone, admittedly and I told them that that one was fine, but there was more untouched and they only wanted to give a refund for breakfast tacoThat is unacceptableI went right back with the same food minutes later and the young lady in the window knows thatWhen the police officer came, he separated us and went to talk to the ownerHe came back to me and said the owner would refund my money, but when he brought us back together he said no againThe officer even said "You just said you would give her her money back and now you're changing your story?" And the owner nodded in agreementThat's when the officer told me I could take it to court or file with the Revdex.comI don't have money or time to go to courtI didn't have the money to lose dealing with thisI need a full refund of my moneyThe owner is not and has not been trying to help me, purposely speaking another language he knows I can't understand

Our breakfast tacos and burritos are made with bacon bits, scrambled with the egg or whatever ingredient the customer orders. If requested, there is no problem making the order with bacon strips instead. In this case, we offered the customer three options: a free order of bacon strips, a remake of her order, or a partial refund. She refused and insisted on a full refund. When the owner refused, she called the Beverly Hills police. An officer came and said he could not do anything about this issue. All he could do was send the customer and the owner to court.
