Tar Heel Auto Sales of Raleigh, Inc. Reviews (1)
I bought a car from the dealer under the assumption that I would be able to learn how to drive this car because it was a stick shift. After multiple lessons I decided that I did not want to put myself in the position to drive a car that I did not know how to drive properly so I asked him if I could trade the car in for another one and he said yes and he agreed to go to the auction and possibly find a new one. He did not go to the auction so I asked if I could get a refund and he said no. So now he is trying to talk me into trading my car in for a different car on the lot that is worth more money, so essentially, now I have to come up with more money to pay him. I don't think this is ok. The car has not even been taken off the lot. If possible, I would like to get my money back and take my business elsewhere.Desired SettlementA full refundConsumer Response This matter has been resolved.I was able to trade the first car for an automatic and walk away satisfied.
